All orders ship from our United States facility. Orders placed before 2:00pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day; orders after that ship the next business day.

Free standard shipping on orders over $175. Below that threshold, a flat $12 rate applies. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order is on the way.

Products are packed discreetly and, where appropriate, with temperature-considerate materials to protect lyophilized peptides in transit.

Returns & guarantee

We stand behind every batch with a 30-day guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact support within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement — this covers both opened and unopened vials.

Because every batch is third-party tested and the COA is published, you can verify what you received before opening it. If anything doesn't match the certificate, we make it right.
